Dobler Consulting Announces Sponsorship of Tampa Bay Business Journal 2016 CIO of the Year Awards

Created to recognize leadership and technical excellence in the information technology field, the TBBJ CIO of the Year Awards will be presented at a luncheon on August 25, 2016, at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts in Downtown Tampa.

The TBBJ CIO of the Year Award winners will be named at a luncheon held on August 25 at the Straz Center for Performing Arts. The event will begin at 11:15 am with a 30-minute networking and registration period, followed by lunch and the presentation of awards. Winners will be named in seven categories: Government, Healthcare, Non-Profit, Private – Large, Private – Medium, Public and Emerging Leader.
Additionally, two awards will recognize exceptional IT project work: Best Data and Analytic Project, and Innovative Technology Project in Retail.
To be considered for the award, nominees must:
• Live and work in one of the following counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Hernando, Sarasota, Pasco and Manatee
• Hold the senior IT leadership position for their organization
• Be primarily responsible for the organization’s IT operations
• Have used IT in innovative ways to create a competitive advantage, optimize business processes, enable company growth and impact the company’s bottom line
• Have demonstrated leadership and initiative to make a difference at the company, in the industry or in the community
