Dogtopia Announces Grand Opening of Newest Location in Santa Ana, California
Santa Ana, CA (PRWEB) June 18, 2014 -- Dogtopia, a leading national dog daycare, boarding and spa franchise, announced today the grand opening of its Orange County flagship store, located at 3203 South Harbor Boulevard in Santa Ana. Owned by local entrepreneur Jan Folk, the new location provides Santa Ana, Costa Mesa, Tustin and Fountain Valley residents a place to take their beloved dogs for fun and supervised open play. A grand opening celebration will take place at Dogtopia of South Coast in Santa Ana on Saturday, June 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Attendees can watch Founding Fido's Fashion Show presented by Dog is Good, a dog lifestyle company that creates gifts and apparel for dog lovers. There will also be an open house with tours of the daycare facility, along with local vendors, food and entertainment. Guests can also take part in a Charity Dog Wash to benefit Paws with a Cause®, a non-profit organization that provides assistance dogs to veterans and people with disabilities.
As the Orange County Regional Developer for Dogtopia, Jan Folk brings a dynamic mix of entrepreneurship and business experience combined with a history of rescuing and caring for canines. A seasoned entrepreneur and philanthropist from North Battleford, Saskatchewan, Jan is the founder of the Orange Dog Foundation, a charity started in Canada that orchestrates "Freedom Flights" transporting abandoned puppies to new homes.
