Downeast Toyota Hosts Downeast Doggy Drive on March 1
BREWER, Maine, Feb. 14, 2018 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- Bangor-area families who count their furry friends as a member of the family can pamper their pets at the Downeast Dogg y Drive and donate pet-friendly items to the Bangor Humane Society. Hosted by Downeast Toyota, this event will take place on Thursday, March 1 and will go from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the dealership showroom. In partnership with the Bangor Humane Society and Loyal Biscuit – a local pet store that recently opened a new location in Brewer – Downeast Toyota will host this charity event that caters to the furry members of the family.
The Downeast Doggy Drive will help collect important resources for the Bangor Humane Society via donations upon entry. Individuals who attend are encouraged to bring their pets and are asked to bring a donation that can include new or gently-used dog toys, canned food, clean sheets, towels, blankets and dry food that can be used by the animal shelter. All donations will help the Bangor Humane Society provide a better living environment for local animals.
Not only will attendees have the opportunity to support a great cause at the event, the Downeast Doggy Drive will allow pet owners to treat their furry friends to a fun day. A treat prize wheel and pet-friendly ball pit will be provided by Loyal Biscuit and promise to be highlights of this charity event. Downeast Toyota and their team will provide a photo booth for families and their pets, doggy massages and a raffle that will include a full-vehicle detail package at Downeast Toyota and a gift basket from Loyal Biscuit.
