Downtown Los Angeles’ “Silo Vodka Bar” Relaunches as “Silo DTLA” With A Month of Events and Promotions
Downtown Los Angeles, California (PRWEB) September 25, 2014 -- For the last four years, “Silo Vodka Bar” has been the only dedicated vodka establishment in Downtown Los Angeles, now it’s changing to meet the rapidly increasing demand for locally focused bars and restaurants.
The grand re-opening features a remodel by famous Downtown LA based "MDM Builders" who's work includes Little Tokyo's "Wolf and Crane", and The Historic Core's "Black Sheep" and "The Must”. Silo's most popular feature, the walk-in "Vodka Locker" (an ice cold freezer with it's own private bar and tasting area) will get an upgraded selection of spirits and reduced rates all month.
A new partnership with local craft brewers Angel City and Bootleggers will be promoted with $2 beers through out October. With the addition of their outdoor patio, dogs are now welcome at Silo DTLA, and during October, dog owners will get special treats for bringing their four legged friends with them for a drink or bite to eat.
The bar will close on Monday September 29th for the remodel and training of new local staffers. It will re-open with a ribbon cutting by CD14’s Councilmember Jose Huizar and The Downtown Business & Merchant’s Association at 4pm on Thursday October 2nd, press and local tastemakers will also be invited. In addition, The DTLA Dinner Club will get a preview the night before.
Silo DTLA is located at 219 West 7th Street, in the heart of The Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles, California. Food is provided by the attached “Hummus Republic” with a special menu for bar patrons. For events, private parties, and reservations call Nathan at 213.864.7936 or visit http://SiloDTLA.com.
"Silo DTLA" is owned by Group 7 LLC. Built at the start of the DTLA renaissance in 2010, in the historic former Bank of America Headquarters at 7th and Broadway (now known at The Haas Building), Silo DTLA focuses on a local crowd with an eye towards neighborhood beers, vodka and craft cocktails.
