Dr. Jean Spaulding and Harry Feuerstein Join Merryck & Co Board of Directors
New York, NY (PRWEB) June 25, 2015 -- Merryck & Co, the only global leadership development firm that provides business mentoring by former CEOs, today announced that it has added two new members to its Board of Directors – Dr. Jean Spaulding, former board member at Cardinal Health and current trustee of the Duke Endowment, and Harry Feuerstein, former CEO of Siemens Government Inc. and current mentor and practice lead at Merryck & Co.

Dr. Jean Spaulding’s many current professional roles include serving as a senior adviser to Duke-National University of Singapore, ombudsman of Duke University Medical School and Health System, and serving as a director on the Local Board of Wells Fargo Bank. Spaulding was also the inaugural chair of the State of North Carolina African American Heritage Commission, has served on the Durham County Hospital Corporation Board of Trustees, was a member of the Bi-National Health Commission between the United States of America and Mexico, and served on the City of Medicine Board of Directors Executive Committee. Spaulding earned her bachelor's degree from Barnard College and her MD from Duke University.
Harry Feuerstein, former president of Merryck & Co and current co-lead of the firm’s senior team practice, has mentored numerous top executives across Fortune 100 companies. He also serves as a private equity operating executive with the merchant banking group Morgan Joseph TriArtisan, LLC, and advises companies in the venture capital, renewable energy, technology and sports industries. Prior to leading Siemen’s Government Inc., Feuerstein served as president and CEO of Siemens Real Estate USA and was also head of operations and chief financial officer of Siemens One, Inc. Feuerstein also held the CEO role at a subsidiary of Trizec Hahn, and was a partner at National Capital Companies, a Washington, D.C.-based merchant banking group.
