Dr. Kesler Dalmacy to Run for President of Haiti During the Election of November 20, 2016
(PRWEB) November 16, 2016 -- Anoki Communications announces that Dr. Kesler Dalmacy, a Physician and Surgeon who has practiced medicine for decades in the State of New York, will re-enter the race for president of Haiti during the election of November 20, 2016.
According to Lelio Francillon, a former classmate of the candidate, "Dr. Dalmacy re-entered the presidential race to implement new policies to reconstruct Haiti. – Policies to make Haiti safer, to build Haiti’s infrastructures, to reduce the literacy gap among the citizens, policies to create jobs, improve health care, public health, and rebuild Haiti’s economy."
In a Telephone interview conducted recently at his Kenscoff residence in Haiti, Dr. Dalmacy reflected on the on-going crisis of insecurity, insalubrities on the streets of the capital city, declining economy, lack of health care access and the anemic rate of job creation that have plagued the nation since its independence from France in 1804.
When asked if he had any words of wisdom for the Haitian people before the election, this is what Dr. Dalmacy had to say:
"People of Haiti, as we all know, Haiti is at a stand-still. We are a nation at war with ourselves, with nature, and with our future in a very demanding world. We have an endemic faltering economy, and over 10 million citizens living in despair and in poverty. After more than two centuries, and an election that was rigged a year ago, we have another opportunity for a new beginning on November 20, 2016."

The Haitian Presidential election of 2016 will be held in Haiti on 20 November 2016 for the first round. If elected, Dr. Dalmacy will be the second physician to preside over Haiti. The first physician president was Francois Duvalier, alias Papa Doc, who was elected to office in 1957.
