Dr. Margo Bailey, U.S. Dept. of HHS Delivers Keynote at Pulmonary Horizons 3rd Annual COPD Conference
East Rutherford, NJ (PRWEB) June 15, 2016 -- Dr. Margo Bailey, PhD, MPA, will deliver the keynote address at Pulmonary Horizons 3rd Annual COPD Conference, August 12-14, 2016 at the Hilton Meadowlands and MetLife Stadium. Dr. Bailey currently works in the Office of Assistant Secretary for Planning & Evaluation, Strategic Planning Team, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Washington, DC. She is a committee member for the Washington Post, Award for Excellence in Nonprofit Management and board chair for three nonprofit organizations. Dr. Bailey has served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Planning & Evaluation at the Melwood Training Center, and in strategic roles with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and the Governmental Accountability Office (GAO).
Dr. Bailey is an Associate Professor for Public Administration and Policy at the American University in Washington, DC. Her expertise includes strategy development and implementation, program planning and evaluation, outcome identification and measurement, and she will cover topics regarding strategic planning and process improvement in support of the development and measurement of COPD coordinator and navigator programs.
