Dr. Michelle DiBiase Presents Five Steps to Identify, Eliminate Emotional Roots of Chronic Pain
WAYCROSS, Ga (PRWEB) December 11, 2015 -- As a chiropractor, Dr. Michelle DiBiase saw how pain could be fueled by emotions. Wanting to address this often-overlooked cause, she developed a method to discover and explore underlying emotional anchors. From her research, The POP Method was born.
Now, in “Power Over Pain: The POP Method for Whole-Body Healing” (published by Balboa Press), DiBiase shares five simple steps to help others identify and eliminate the emotional roots of their chronic pain to allow the body to return to emotional, physical and spiritual balance.
“Even though it is known that stress causes disease and dysfunction, doctors rarely address those factors and feel uncomfortable discussing feelings,” she explains. “With that in mind, I was inspired to develop a method that would address the emotional roots to a person’s pain and help them identify and remove those feelings on their own.”
“This is a book of self-discovery. I hope that with this process, my readers will see that their feelings have power, and by changing their thoughts around those emotions, that they can transform themselves to become the best version of themselves they can be. I want them to know that they have Power over their Pain – they are in the driver’s seat.”
