Dr. Wayne Carman Began Second Term as Scarborough Hospital Division of Plastic Surgery Chief in January

He successfully completed his first three-year term as chief and began a second three-year term in January of 2016.
The original selection was by election of the members of the division of plastic surgery, and the second term was by invitation by the hospital administration as represented by the chief of surgery.
