After about 3-4 weeks, adds Chaves, her carpal tunnel completely disappeared. After two months, the doctors started backing her off medications to the point that she was no longer taking any, and hasn’t taken any in years.
“If you want to get healthy this year, the best way to do it is to drink alkaline water, as the water hydrates all your cells and joints and the body then does what it was made to do,” said Chaves. “Believe it or not, it’s not the water that heals you; the body heals itself.”
