Coia graduated from Philadelphia University in 2014 with Bachelors of Science in Chemistry. During her studies she was a founding member and served as president of Alpha Chi Sigma, Professional Chemistry Fraternity at Philadelphia University and continues to stay involved in academia by teaching Chemistry Lab I and II at the University.
Coia’s education from Philadelphia University has provided her the skills to easily transition into industry. As a member of DUNMORE’s Research & Development team, Tara is instrumental in the development of new products. Her responsibilities include the formulation of various coatings including adhesives, primers, and topcoats for different products. Tara’s responsibilities also include project management where she oversees the advancement of developments through the research, development, pilot and production stages.
