DuPont Protection Technologies Announces Winners of DuPont™ Kevlar® Glove Innovation Awards
Wilmington, Del. (PRWEB) November 06, 2015 -- DuPont Protection Technologies (DuPont) today announced the winners of the second annual DuPont™ Kevlar® Glove Innovation Awards. The awards are designed to recognize innovative glove designs from DuPont™ Kevlar® licensees who are meeting evolving marketplace needs. Winning glove entries were chosen based on designs that utilized Kevlar® fiber in the glove construction, were unique and groundbreaking in their approach, and challenged the boundaries of conventional cut protection. Winners recognized in this year’s Innovation Awards include: HyFlex® 11-541 from Ansell; Memphis 9178NFO from MCR Safety; SBKG from Superior Glove Works Ltd; FR Emergency Gas Glove from Youngstown Glove Company; and the MATA/KVBK40 from Worldwide Protective Products. The innovations benefit the wearer through enhanced protection, increased dexterity, wind and water proofing and durability, which are critical to safety and performance in extreme conditions.
