E Source Announces Additions to Business Development and Customer Engagement Teams
Boulder, CO (PRWEB) July 21, 2015 -- E Source is pleased to announce the addition of several senior staff to its Business Development and Customer Engagement teams. “In a continuing effort to enhance our members’ experience, we know it’s important to have a team in place that understands their nuanced needs,” says Mike Smith, vice president of Marketing & Sales at E Source. “All three of our new additions have excellent track records of engaging with customers and meeting their needs in today’s extremely competitive business environment.”
Ken Maness joins E Source with more than 13 years of utility business development experience, most recently with Tendril and before that with Energy Central. Throughout his career, he has provided exceptional customer service and built relationships with customers and other stakeholders that are rooted in listening to their needs and delivering value. In his new role with E Source, Maness will be working with the Customer Engagement team to ensure the satisfaction of members in the company’s eastern region and lead the overall growth of the territory.
Carolyn Doyle brings to E Source more than 20 years of customer-facing experience in a number of different verticals, including energy and utilities. She joins the team with an inquisitive mind and a customer-centric track record of accomplishment. In her new role, Doyle will be managing the engagement and satisfaction of customers in E Source’s southern region.
Larry Robinson joins E Source as an accomplished veteran of the utility and information services businesses—in particular, where the two intersect. His knowledge and customer-centric approach have served him well in growing several information-based businesses in the utility industry. Robinson will be working in the newly created account executive position at E Source, helping to meet the critical business information needs of solution providers and other stakeholders across North America.
“We are indeed fortunate to have Ken, Carolyn, and Larry join our team,” says Smith. “And we look forward to the work these three professionals will do to help us serve our members and stakeholders.”
