NEW YORK (PRWEB) December 07, 2017 -- Airxcel and FXI Holdings, each a portfolio company of One Rock Capital Partners ("One Rock"), successfully completed high yield bond offerings in 2017. Airxcel, a leading manufacturer of specialty HVAC products, issued an inaugural $310mm 5NC2 offering to refinance existing bank indebtedness with senior secured notes. FXI Holdings, a leader in innovative foam product solutions, issued a $525mm 7NC3 offering of senior secured notes to finance the acquisition of the company. EA Markets served as Financial Advisor to the portfolio companies on the transactions.
"EA supported us in our objective to obtain optimal pricing and terms for our portfolio companies," commented Tony W. Lee, Managing Partner of One Rock. "EA complemented our internal capabilities with specialized domain expertise, which increased our confidence in achieving the capital structure goals for these two companies," said One Rock Managing Partner R. Scott Spielvogel.
"We can provide private equity sponsors with a capital markets experience that is typically reserved for large public companies, particularly for syndicated loans and underwritten securities transactions," said Reuben Daniels, EA's Managing Partner, "and we are especially pleased to have completed two such important financings for One Rock."
