Eagle Ranch School Earns SACS CASI Accreditation Renewal
Flowery Branch, Ga. (PRWEB) March 30, 2016 -- Eagle Ranch School recently renewed its accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), an accreditation division of AdvancED. Eagle Ranch School received its initial SACS accreditation in 2005 and has continued to receive renewals upon review every five years.
SACS CASI provides nationally-recognized accreditation, the purpose of which is continuous school improvement focused on increasing student performance. To earn accreditation, schools must meet SACS CASI’s high standards, be evaluated by a team of professionals from outside the school and implement a continuous process of school improvement.
“Accreditation demonstrates to our students, parents and community that we are focused on raising student achievement, providing an enriching learning environment, and maintaining an efficient and effective operation staffed by highly qualified educators,” stated Eagle Ranch Director of Education Jon DeWaal.
The school was commended for powerful practices in the areas of Teaching and Learning Impact, Leadership Capacity and Resource Utilization. Eagle Ranch School scored well above national averages in each of these areas, receiving a perfect score of 400 in the area of Resource Utilization.
