Martin thinks EAM-Mosca’s products are a better fit than ever before for distributors who want a high performance strapping machine line in their portfolio. “We’re committed to expanding our distribution channels and have reorganized our sales department to provide strong support,” he said.
“Note that we are not veering from our traditional direct sales strategy. But, we recognize that distributor sales can help us win customers that are difficult to reach with a direct sales force focused on specific, vertical markets. Entry Level System: The ROM-Fusion is offered in two popular arch sizes. It applies polypropylene strap in widths of 5, 8 and 12mm. The heart of the Fusion is the Mosca Standard 3 Sealer, probably the most respected bundler head ever sold and until recently the mainstay of Mosca’s highest performing products. It features DC brushless direct drive motors, temperature controlled heat seal, precision closed strap track and automatic coil loading and discharge. It is priced to compete at the entry end of the market, but still offers superior reliability and longevity. It is already well known in the printing, mailing and laundry markets and quickly building a reputation in a variety of others.
Operator Cycled and Fully Automatic: Mosca’s newest line of walk up bundlers is the ROMP6. It comes in a variety of arch sizes up to 1650 mm wide and 1000 mm high. It runs with strap widths from 5 to 12mm. It features Mosca’s Standard 6 Strap Path - an advanced integrated strap/track system that offers extremely high reliability and low service requirements. The sealer comes with Mosca’s thermostatically controlled heat seal or proprietary Sonixs ultra-sonic sealing system, plus Mosca’s well-known direct drives, precision strap track and snap together entry track for rapid-fire cleaning and servicing.
The ROMP-6 Series comes in both walk-up, operator cycled models, and fully automatic in-line models with belt and roller conveyors. Both are available to EAM-Mosca distributors.
