Early Registration for the 30th Annual iaedp™ Symposium Continues to January 6, 2016
Pekin, Illinois (PRWEB) December 29, 2015 -- The International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals (iaedp) Foundation’s 2016 Symposium, slated for February 17 - 22, 2016, will continue with early registration through January 6, 2016. The internationally known conference celebrates a milestone year as it prepares for its 30th annual conference in 2016 at the Omni on Amelia Island, Florida.
The annual iaedp Symposium offers five days of precertification sessions, training workshops and instructive presentations with world-renowned experts from various disciplines in the field of eating disorders. “Our mission is to present the leading authorities in research and treatment of eating disorders and co-occurring addictions with the critical intent to educate professionals and promote effective, high quality treatment for patients,” said Bonnie Harken, Managing Director at The iaedp Foundation.
Back by popular demand is the return of precertification courses for professionals. For experienced eating disorders professionals who qualify, this program is a pathway to the certification process. The program also offers professionals new to the field or who do not specialize in eating disorders an opportunity for the most comprehensive training with a current overview of eating disorder diseases and eating disorder treatment approaches.
The precertification course is offered on February 17 and 18 as a separate track for $200 or combined with a 2016 Symposium registration for an additional $100. Prior to January 6, 2016, registration for iaedp certified members is $550, for members, $600 and for non iaedp members, $675. After January 6, all costs increase by $50.
