Zwick said that the company has just outgrown the building.
“We are currently reviewing several, larger locations in the downtown Ft. Lauderdale area that meet our requirements,” said Zwick. “We are also expanding to other markets but the hub of our operations will be in South Florida.”
The building shares the same space with one of Ft. Lauderdale’s premier restaurants, Valentino’s. Kimberly Barbar with Stiles Realty is the listing agent.
