East Jefferson General Hospital Announces E-Doc, First of its Kind Accessibility Program in Louisiana
METAIRIE, La. (PRWEB) February 26, 2016 -- East Jefferson General Hospital officially unveiled its newest convenience-based program, E-Doc, on Friday morning, becoming the first hospital institution in the state of Louisiana to offer the advantageous service to patients.
Powered by Teladoc, E-Doc allows patients to visit with a primary care doctor 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from the convenience of a smartphone or computer for just $49. Doctors are then able to provide fast and affordable care plans and prescriptions for most minor medical conditions following the initial patient consult.

E-Doc offers board certified doctors who specialize in a variety of practices including family medicine, internal medicine, emergency medicine and pediatrics, accessible from wherever a patient may be.
