East West Manufacturing Supports “Show Your Stripes” - Hires Veteran
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) January 21, 2014 -- East West Manufacturing (EWM), a global contract manufacturing company, announces their support of the “Show Your Stripes” program by hiring former US Army officer, Kathryn Ellis. Ms. Ellis joins the growing customer service team as the lead liaison between the company’s China office and US based customers. Ellis is responsible for logistics, inventory, and communications, and will be based in Atlanta.

1st Lt. Kathryn Ellis served a combined seven years in the US Army and Army Reserves. She spent one year in a Forward Operation Base near Kandahar, Afghanistan. As Movement Control Officer, Ellis led the teams responsible for coordinating all logistical airfield and truck operations in support of thousands of soldiers. She was promoted to Executive Officer upon her return to Ft. Stewart, located near Savannah, GA. Kathryn holds a BS from the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence.
