Eastman Park Micrographics Announces Enhanced Support Capabilities
Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) April 23, 2014 -- In December of 2013, Eastman Park Micrographics (EPM) announced the expansion of its service business with the acquisition of Imaging 411. Continuing with the next step in the integration of the organizations, EPM announces the establishment of its own field service organization for customers in the US and Canada.
“The acquisition provided the groundwork for EPM’s own service capabilities to ensure availability of skills and personnel for customers and partners,” states Gary Armstrong, Executive VP. “EPM’s investment, expertise, and commitment to this market provides customers with a superior option for their analog and digital equipment service needs” adds Joe Paradiso, Executive VP. Service availability in key markets begins May 1, with complete coverage available June 6.
EPM continues to invest in the manufacturing of IMAGELINK™ micrographics equipment, and the resale of complementary analog and digital scanning products, resulting in an inventory and depth of service parts unique in the market.
Service contracts for a wide range of digital and analog products, and micrographics media and supplies are available to customers and partners from EPM. IMAGELINK equipment continues to be available to customers and partners through EPM Equipment, LLC.
