EBI MAP-Works Changes Its Name to Skyfactor

The name of its well-known student retention system, MAP-Works, has been changed to Mapworks™, and its portfolio of assessment and benchmarking offerings is now branded as Benchworks™.
According to Mahendran Jawaharlal, President of Skyfactor, the name Skyfactor was chosen after conducting many brainstorming sessions, surveying a random sample of customers and non-customers, and market-testing the final candidates. “Providing the best possible environment for fostering student success is core to the missions of our partner institutions.
