Alessia formerly practiced law at the global firms of Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and most recently, Alessia was a legal analyst at The Hedge Fund Law Report.
Sue Banerjee is responsible for establishing and managing partnerships with corporate and law firm clients in her role as eBrevia’s Vice President of Client Relations. Sue works with clients to assess their needs and implement eBrevia’s technology so that they may function more effectively. Before joining eBrevia, Sue practiced law at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and Vorys, Sater, Seymour & Pease, focusing on complex antitrust, securities and contract disputes.
Rounding out the group as Subject Matter Expert for Corporate and Investment Management, Medi Iman engages in product design work for eBrevia’s software products and also supports the sales team in their business development efforts. Prior to his work with eBrevia, Medi practiced law at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP and Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP. Before that, Medi gained significant international experience by working as a director for the corporate affairs department of Philip Morris International’s Hong Kong office.
