EBS Partners with The Noerr Programs to Aid U.S. Children in Need
Denver, CO (PRWEB) August 11, 2015 -- The Noerr Programs nears $1 million in donations for Save the Children U.S. Programs.
Judy Noerr, CEO and founder of one of the nation’s leading digital imaging companies that choreographs an authentic Santa Photo Experience at over 300 venues each holiday, will deliver Santa and gifts to underscore the importance of reading to 525 underprivileged children. “Too many families in the Barstow, California community find themselves in transition, due to lack of employment and vital resources. Our caring partners at Save the Children work in Barstow year-round to help break the cycle of poverty among its youngest residents,” Judy Noerr said.

Santa’s surprise visit to 525 children in grades 1 -5 at Cameron Elementary School will complete a journey that Judy Noerr began almost 40 years ago in San Bernardino County, where she established the Noerr Dance Academy (now known as Inland Dance Academy) in 1976. Noerr, who began her career as a dancer with the Dallas Civic Ballet, aspired to direct The Nutcracker Ballet with young performers from diverse parts of San Bernardino Valley.
Forty years later, her vision is still taking center stage, as Inland Dance Academy continues to train aspiring ballerinas, and The Noerr Programs closes in on its mission to raise $1 million for Save the Children’s U.S. programs, through the request of a donation from Santa’s guests, one dollar at a time. As of August 2015, Noerr is only $28,000 shy of their goal. “My partner Philip Byrne and I are committed to increasing access to reading, nutrition, physical fitness, emergency preparedness programs and the Arts, so that more children living in rural America have more opportunities to succeed.”
Now The Noerr Programs is returning to Judy’s roots, where it all began near San Bernardino, to finish what they started and eclipse their $1 million fundraising goal. During their Eighth Annual Santa University August 21-24 at Noerr headquarters in Arvada, Colorado, more than 50 naturally bearded Santas will pack 525 gift bags for Cameron Elementary students, filled with books provided by Scholastic and other goodies donated by Noerr’s partners.
