Edgar L. Biamonte Launches Book’s New Marketing Campaign for 2014
Hawley, PA (PRWEB) February 05, 2014 -- Author Edgar L. Biamonte asserts that some people have difficulty identifying with God because they see flaws in religion. Having spent his life honestly, sincerely and objectively seeking the truth concerning matters of life and death, he offers his book, “Window to Eternity” (published by Balboa Press) as the conclusion to his search for a higher, more logical truth.
“Though the Bible contains many valid truths, it possesses contradictions and often depicts the creator as cruel, punishing, childish and evil, suggesting that such conceptions originated from the prophets, not God,” Biamonte writes. “Creating life forms and then punishing certain ones for not behaving a certain way would be illogical (stupid) and immoral. That such an awesome intelligence could have authored the Bible is preposterous.”
Within “Window to Eternity,” Biamonte argues that God placed humans on earth to learn lessons that can’t be taught on a spiritual plane. He says the physical objects on earth present a unique opportunity for humankind to learn about the idiosyncrasies of “good and evil” and “give and take,” to the benefit of the soul. He emphasizes the importance of morality for advancement to the next world, despite enduring obstacles and suffering in this life.
“Life continues after death,” Biamonte writes. “Were this untrue, physical life would be meaningless, suggesting a meaningless, superficial creator, which is impossible considering the awesome universe, the spiritual dimension and probably other dimensions.”
