BOCA RATON, Fla., Nov. 29, 2017 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- edgeMED Healthcare, based in Boca Raton, Florida, announced that they have acquired the medical billing division of Schenck SC, in a strategic transaction benefiting both parties. Schenck is a full-service CPA and consulting firm based in Appleton, Wisconsin. Taureau Group, an investment advisory firm headquartered in Wisconsin, advised on the transaction.
