San Diego (PRWEB) October 24, 2013 -- EdgeWave Inc., a leader in web and email security solutions, today announced the addition of Rear Admiral David S. Bill III to the company's Board of Directors.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Admiral Bill is a highly decorated combat veteran with 33 years of naval service. Admiral Bill's naval career included service in Vietnam and four operational commands, including the USS Enterprise Carrier Battle Group, USS Mahan, USS Mobile Bay and the Battleship Wisconsin during the Gulf War.
Admiral Bill's shore assignments included duty as executive assistant to the commander of the Naval Sea Systems Command, Director of all U.S. Navy Surface Warfare programs on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations, Operations Officer and Deputy Commander of the Atlantic Fleet and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of U.S. Naval Forces in Europe. After retiring from the Navy, Admiral Bill served as CEO of Xslent, LLC, a technology company, and he currently sits on the board of directors for several companies.
