Les Lloyd received his BS in Interdisciplinary Science and MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has managed IT operations at Drew University, Lafayette College, Rollins College, and Saint Leo University, and he published several books on higher-ed IT management and the use of technology in education. Gabriel I. Barreneche, associate professor of Spanish at Rollins College, has a BA in Spanish and International Studies from Boston College and an MA and PhD in Hispanic Languages and Literatures from the University of California, Los Angeles. He has published and presented on service-learning pedagogy in the field of language instruction and the role of instructional technology in language education.
