EduTuit Announces Launch of New Course Pay Software and Partnership with Yellow Umbrella
Cocoa, FL (PRWEB) July 24, 2013 -- EduTuit Corp., a North American provider of K-12 school payment software, has announced the release of their new Course Financial System (CFS) for course based schools. Designed and built for schools offering courses, schools can now use the Course Financial System for enrollment and billing their customers easily and safely. Users can sign-up and pay for all of their courses online using credit cards or ACH debit. The EduTuit software suite has a built in scheduler for recurring invoicing, email reminders, and payments, in addition to reports for schools, class-full indicators and attendance, and works with schools having multiple campuses.
"We have moved CFS into beta-testing with Yellow Umbrella and will be live in September 2013," said EduTuit CEO Victor Del Prete. Yellow Umbrella is Brevard County’s oldest nationally accredited family support and child abuse prevention center that offers courses to families such as divorce, parenting, anger management, and cyber bullying, among others. The software offers any school a highly customizable interface for their specific needs. "Colleges, trade schools, universities, night schools, summer schools, summer camps, dance schools, karate schools, music lessons, or any other course or lesson based school can be paid through EduTuit's new CFS software," he said. "Yellow Umbrella has a very unique need to offer their courses on a rotating schedule. Users can begin a course on any lesson, yet must complete all the lessons to be accredited for mandatory state or court ordered courses. EduTuit CFS software can fill this need and we are excited to be working with Yellow Umbrella and look forward to a continuing mutually beneficial relationship," he added.
EduTuit CFS and its School Financial System (SFS) can work in conjunction and both have a multitude of other features for schools. EduTuit school management software facilitates money transfers of all types. In addition to course and tuition payments, it can handle events such as field trips or fundraisers, sales of items from the school store, lunch program payments, and any other miscellaneous fees that a school may charge. Schools receive their own merchant accounts so they can accept payments in the form of credit cards, debit cards or electronic checks. EduTuit software is completely web-based and is software as a service (SaaS), there is nothing to install. EduTuit school software is accessible from any computer with a web browser and Internet access, which further reduces costs related to the need for in-house technology support.
