Eileen Schwartz Brings Improved Leadership to Real Living Lifestyles

In addition to Eileen's role at Real Living Lifestyles, she is a founding partner and certified trainer for John C. Maxwell Company (JCMC). One of the main areas of focus at JCMC is encouraging their members to live out the principles John teaches: Lead, Grow, Create, Excel and Serve.
Recently, Schwartz attended a Master Mind Think Tank in Orlando, Florida, where great leaders from 94 countries came together to make an impact in the world through speaking, training and coaching. The group of about 1500 coaches enjoyed lessons directly from John Maxwell, internationally renowned leadership expert and author who has sold over 21 million books in his career. The coaches were able to spend a day with Les Brown, acclaimed author, award winning speaker, and one of the nation's leading authorities in understanding and stimulating human potential. Brown’s Presentation was well received as a great tool to inspire, teach, and bring agents to new levels of achievement.
Also there to inspire was Nick Vujicic, a world renowned evangelist, sharing his story of overcoming life’s challenges of living without limbs and sharing the message that all people matter and are beautiful. The pulse of the entire event was very uplifting.
Eileen Schwartz takes on many of the philosophies of these great leaders in her leadership role at Real Living Lifestyles, bringing her expertise to the hundreds of agents working hard at the brand.
