El Cid Receives Prestigious RCI Gold Crown and Excellence in Service Award

This year five resorts from the El Cid Vacations Club received both the highly acclaimed Gold Crown and Excellence in Service awards.
Established in 1974, RCI is the largest timeshare exchange business in the world with over 4,300 affiliated properties globally. Although RCI gives out several awards, the Gold Crown award is the company’s highest distinction. With approximately only a quarter of RCI affiliated resorts holding Gold Crown status, attaining this award ranks the recipient resorts amongst the best available within the RCI network.
In order for El Cid Vacations Club to receive these coveted distinctions, each of their properties needed to maintain an exceptionally high level of excellence in hospitality, accommodations, and member experience. They also needed to have a proven track record with customer satisfaction through positive RCI Member Comment Card ratings. RCI’s Excellence in Service award is given to only three-percent of RCI properties worldwide, and is an additional distinction for Gold Crown resorts who go above and beyond for their guests.
