Elder Scrolls Online Announces First Official Live Gameplay Stream
(PRWEB) July 30, 2013 -- Fans of the upcoming blockbuster MMORPG Elder Scrolls Online, which is being developed by Zenimax, will be pleased to hear that the first live gameplay stream will debut Friday, August 2nd. Everything about ESO has been kept under wraps pretty well, so this is going to be the first real look at the game players will experience.
Since invitations were sent out for the closed beta, there have been a couple instances of gameplay footage being leaked, against Zenimax’s non-disclosure agreement for beta participants. The footage was effectively taken down, but even players who were able to watch it really didn’t get to see much.
Although the event itself will take place at QuakeCon 2013, players will be able to watch from around the world since it will be streamed live. Players can expect a lot of unanswered questions to be resolved, including key details about the Elder Scrolls Online Classes and how different mechanics within the game will work.
This will be as close to ESO players who still haven’t made the cut for the Elder Scrolls Online Beta will get, and it is sure to be a huge event for fans of the game and franchise. Currently, the beta invitations for ESO are extremely limited and details of the game scarce.
Very few details of this event are known, other than the fact it takes place August 2nd at 1:30 p.m. EDT and will be broadcasted via TwitchTV. Zenimax promises to bring forth 100 percent live and uncut gameplay footage, meaning there won’t be any features or elements of the game cut out.
The Elder Scrolls Online is currently booked for a spring 2014 release date, but that’s nothing to count on as the release date has made several jumps since the game was first announced. Regardless, players will get their first official sneak peek at ESO this Friday. Stay tuned at ESO Guide for more coverage and latest scoop on Elder Scrolls Online.
