The consensus of industry experts points to moderation in growth during the first quarter of 2014, after double-digit gains for much of 2013, for most areas of the remodeling and construction market. However, first quarter data reported by WarmlyYours defy that trend and indicate growing strength in the electric floor heating industry.
“The first quarter of the year is traditionally a strong period for the radiant heating market. However, since the recession, performance has been hit or miss. That, along with a more than 10 percent year-over-year increase in the number of floor plans designed during the quarter, makes WarmlyYours confident that growth will continue in the floor heating market, even as the industry approaches the seasonal summer slowdown.
