“Healdsburg was the ideal location for the second Elements Day Spa,” says owner Heather Marsh. “It is an upscale destination spot located in the heart of Sonoma County’s Wine Country.” This location attracts locals and tourists alike, coupling small town charm with 5-star accommodations and cuisine. “The potential of building a local clientele and catering to the ever-changing landscape of tourists offers a big, but welcome challenge,” she says.
About Elements Skin Care & Massage
Elements Skin Care & Massage Studio began as a one-woman operation more than a decade ago. The mastermind behind every Elements experience is founder, owner and operator Heather Marsh. From the interior design to the product line, the treatments to the ambiance; Elements is her brainchild and she’s nurtured it well.
While attending college Marsh majored in photography and studied art and interior design. She graduated from Spa Luna in Maui, a holistic school for estheticians and massage therapists, some years later. This culminated in the successful acquisition of three licenses; esthetician, massage therapist and nail technician. Marsh has built on her education that combines talent and craft to provide clients with the an aesthetically pleasing and nurturing spa environment.
Today she and a hand-picked staff of highly skilled technicians offer clients world-class treatments at affordable prices. “Good customer service is so rare today that I love the fact that we are acknowledged for making it a priority. We have wonderful clients – we love them – and we go out of our way to make them feel special,” she says.
