The training is packaged as either a 3-day course for developers or a one-day intensive workshop. For these dynamic sessions, Elephant Scale has partnered with training provider Learning Patterns, a leading training company known for the quality, depth, and thorough coverage of materials. Elephant Scale has delivered this training to partners in a corporate and public setting, and is now making the training generally available, timed to the Spark Conference beginning June 15, 2015.
The workshop covers such areas of Spark as regular/advanced use of RDD, SparkSQL, MLLib, GraphX and Spark streaming. The curriculum also covers the latest topics that were introduced in recent versions of Spark including DataFrames.
