Las Vegas (PRWEB) February 29, 2016 -- Elev8 Consulting Group is the 2016 presenting sponsor of the Storm Ventures Group annual conference Veterans Village Charity Run on March 5th. The run starts at 9 a.m. at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino at 4455 Paradise Rd. in Las Vegas. Over 500 conference attendees are anticipated to run to the strip to raise monies and spread awareness for Veterans Village Las Vegas programs and their replicable “Instant Built House” model to help end homelessness nationwide. Veterans Village Las Vegas is a retrofitted motel that provides comprehensive housing, 24/7 crisis intervention, and support services 365 days a year to local veterans.
Veterans Village founder, Arnold Stalk, PhD, recently launched a unique “Instant Built House” model prototype as a solution to end homelessness nationwide. Two prototypes are set up at Veterans Village at 1150 Las Vegas Blvd. The unit is constructed from a standardized, recycled ISO shipping container. The recycled housing units can be rapidly transported anywhere in the country, providing immediate occupancy and affordable housing solutions for homeless, displaced and disadvantaged veterans. Public and private collaborative partnerships, sponsorships and donations are crucial for continued supplies and services to local veteran residents.
