Susan Oh has extensive experience in all aspects of commercial and residential law, with specific expertise in property sales and acquisitions, commercial and retail leasing, and real estate finance. Susan has managed, supervised, and personally closed hundreds of sales and acquisitions of properties from inception through closing, and has conducted and completed countless complex "due diligence" tasks, advising, and successfully resolving many title and survey issues. Susan's leasing experience includes negotiating and advocating on behalf of tenants and landlords in all aspects of office, retail, and other varieties of commercial leases. Susan's practice encompasses advising, drafting, and negotiations of leases and various leasing documents, including amendments, assignments, subleases, guaranties and estoppels. Susan also has over 20 years experience specializing in commercial, residential, multifamily, and mixed-use finance transactions, with, and as counsel to, national and local lenders.
