Ellison Showcases Versatile Sizzix Classroom Series Dies in Spring Launch
Lake Forest, California (PRWEB) January 22, 2014 -- Educators can add fresh learning resources for their classroom lessons on Common Core State Standards (CCSS) and other learning activities with the latest Classroom Series release from die-cutting market leader, Ellison Educational Equipment Inc. and its sister craft brand, Sizzix®.
Alphabet sets, mustaches, kites and floating animals are offered in 12 new Sizzix Bigz™, Bigz L, Bigz XL and Bigz Pro dies, and one new Sizzix Bigz die set that cut through cardstock, fabric, foam and magnet with a steel-rule blade. These dynamic dies empower educators to easily incorporate Ellison designs into their classroom curriculum and other creative learning areas.
Included with the release are four new birch wood SureCut™ single dies, four SureCut die sets, as well as 22 consumer favorite SureCut single dies, that reinforce such topics as cell reproduction, folding fundamentals, and graphing for visual learning.
Educators will also benefit from a Common Core Mega Set comprised of 65 SureCut dies, featuring creative designs for hands-on learning in mathematics, language arts and manipulatives for any subject area. The Common Core Mega Set is available as a single set or as part of a Super Saver Set with either the Prestige® Pro or the Big Shot™ Pro machines.

Complementing the launch is the Prestige Adapter Pad, which debuts in February for the Prestige Pro Machine. Measuring 14 ½" x 6 ½" inches, the pad allows consumers to die cut two Bigz or AllStar standard dies at a time and is compatible with AllStar, AllStar Long, Bigz, Bigz L and Bigz XL dies.
Bigz, Bigz L and Bigz XL dies are compatible with the Ellison® AllStar® SuperStar™, Ellison Prestige Pro and Sizzix Big Shot Pro machines, while Bigz Pro offerings are compatible with the Sizzix Big Shot Pro and retired Ellison RollModel™ machine.
