Elroy Doesn't Want Moviegoers to Be Late to the Movies
Queens, New York (PRWEB) November 19, 2013 -- Don't be late for Thor. There is a new fun android app on Google Play that shows updated movie times in real time. Using the smartphones geolocation function Elroy displays the 15 closest theaters, to moviegoers phones, along with the theaters showtimes. Here is the sweet part - Elroy alerts users how long they have until a movie starts, ensuring that they never miss the beginning of a movie.

The app is still in beta but seems to run smoothly overall.
Theaters are sorted by showtimes and by distance from each users home. Users can select their favorite theater and see the different showtimes at that theater. Or a moviegoer can select a specific movie and view all the showtimes for that movie playing at the closest theaters.
The display page is bright and beautiful with more showtimes, the synopsis and the cast.
Another cool feature about the display page is that it allows users to slide through movies directly from the display page by swiping the screen left and right.
The app pulls from every theater in the US including smaller cinemas. It is currently only available in the US and some select countries in Europe.
