Evansville, IN (PRWEB) October 13, 2014 -- eLuxurySupply.com is proud to announce the move of its corporate headquarters to a new, state of the art office and warehouse to help accommodate the company's explosive growth and customer demand for their products. The new eLuxurySupply.com headquarters are located on the East Side of Evansville, IN, within minutes of Interstate 164.
eLuxurySupply moved into 10,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space in June of 2013. After months of continued growth, the company acquired an additional 7,000 sq ft. of warehouse space in December of 2013 and a 50,000 sq. ft. manufacturing plant in January of 2014. According to company president Paul Saunders, during the spring and summer of 2014, a move to a more robust headquarters was quickly becoming vital to the daily operations of the business.
"Our new Evansville, Indiana location, in addition to our Martin, Tennessee manufacturing plant, now provides our team with a total of approximately 15,000 sq. ft. of office space and just over 100,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space. The 10,000 sq. ft. of office space in our Evansville location will house our headquarters staff, customer service team and E-commerce associates. The 58,000 sq. ft. of warehouse space will be used for inventory management and order fulfillment," he said.
eLuxurySupply hired its 50th employee in August of 2014 and Saunders says that the increased space was no longer an option for not only the warehouse, but for housing the company's increasing number of office staff members.
"The men and women on our team deserved enough room and resources to do their jobs appropriately. We are very fortunate to have found space ideal for our needs. That said, and as ridiculous as this may sound right now, we hope to add even more space in the next 1-3 years," said Saunders.
Operations Manager Andrew Saunders says that the move to a larger warehouse space was the next logical step for a company with the amount of customer demand that eLuxurySupply has seen in the past year.
"Our warehouse team has quadrupled since early this year to keep up with the growing business, and the amount of warehouse space had to increase right along with the workforce," said Saunders. "The thousands of orders that we receive every week and ever-expanding product lines necessitated a warehouse substantially larger than our two prior Evansville locations," he said.
Sam Tucker LLC, eLuxurySupply.com's parent company, also owns and operates a mattress pad manufacturing plant in Martin, TN, where all of the company's luxury mattress pads are produced. The company acquired that business in early 2014.
In 2014, in addition to their lines of Egyptian Cotton sheets, towels and robes, the company expanded their product lines to nearly all types of bedding. The company offers Egyptian Cotton and Bamboo sheets, as well as their own line of mattress pads, comforters, duvet covers, pillows and mattress encasements, as well as non-bedding items, such as smoker pellets and Oakley bags and backpacks.
