Visitors to the pristine Exuma Cays are welcome to preview a brand new place to rest their heads, as several villas at EMBRACE Exuma Resort on remote Staniel Cay have just opened for previews in advance of the official resort opening in 2014.
Four of the seven EMBRACE villas are now welcoming guests - Mayaguana, Bimini, Andros and Ragged Island. Ranging from 1-3 bedrooms, each villa features special touches reflecting their island namesake. The honeymoon villa, Ragged Island, features a Jacuzzi and romantic shower for two, while Bimini, much like the island its named for, reflects a two-sided personality – one of business and one of pleasure! In addition to its ramps, grab bars and other handicap accessible modifications, the Mayaguana villa evokes a rustic island feeling with a homemade wooden headboard and a decorative antique sewing machine. The largest villa is named for the largest island in The Bahamas – Andros. It offers a kitchen and 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms depending on a guest’s needs, and of course it’s naturally outfitted with the finest Androsia prints. The grand opening is scheduled for Mar. 1, 2014, and will include three additional villas, EMBRACE’s spa, gym, meeting room with A/V equipment and restaurant.
