Emergency Rescue System Invented by InventHelp Client (LGI-2330)
PITTSBURGH, PA (PRWEB) July 21, 2017 -- Being prepared for an emergency situation can mean the difference between life and death. That’s why an inventor from Jamaica, N.Y., designed a portable exit system for individuals trapped inside burning buildings.
He developed ESCAPE BACKPACK to provide a safe means of escape from a building when normal exits are not accessible. As such, it is particularly beneficial for emergency exit from a high rise since it allows the user to descend to the ground at a controlled rate of speed. It, therefore, has the potential to saves lives and prevent injuries in such situations. At the same time, this unique personal accessory is lightweight, durable and easy to carry and store. It is also safe, practical and user friendly. Other beneficial features are its convenience, effectiveness and affordable price.
The inventor’s personal safety concerns inspired the idea. “Memories of the tragic loss of lives in the September 11, 2001, attack on America made me realize that people trapped inside a burning building need a safe way out,” he said.
The original design was submitted to the Long Island office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
