Employee Solutions Set Hiring Record in 2014

The successful year was capped by the company's ranking last week as the fourth largest staffing firm in North Texas, in the annual Dallas Business Journal compilation of locally-based companies in that category. It was the second straight year that Employee Solutions was ranked in the fourth spot.
Employee Solutions saw its revenue in 2014 grow more than 20 percent over 2013, as it expanded and opened several new offices in Texas and Oklahoma. But for CEO David Bristol, the increase in jobs was the most significant number.
"We put a record number of people to work in 2014," Bristol said. "We rode a tremendously strong economy in Texas and Oklahoma, and generated some 11,000 jobs."
Some of those jobs were ongoing positions with long-time clients, but in other cases, Employee Solutions added new clients and helped those clients add staff. For many of those employees, the initial Employee Solutions temporary hiring was only the start, as they went on to permanent full-time jobs with clients.
"Our success is really a reflection of the regional economy," Bristol said. "Manufacturers and other companies are flocking to Texas and Oklahoma, and the companies already here are expanding. In addition to its revenue growth of more than 20 percent in 2014, Employee Solutions also added 25 full-time employees of its own, bringing its total to 114. Over the past year, Employee Solutions also opened four new offices through expansion or acquisition, adding operations in San Antonio and McKinney in Texas and Tulsa and Muskogee in Oklahoma.
Also in 2014, Employee Solutions solidified its position on the Inc. 5000, with its third straight listing there thanks to a three-year growth rate of 110 percent. Earlier in 2014, Staffing Industry Analysts recognized Employee Solutions in its annual compilation of the fastest-growing staffing companies. Employee Solutions earned that ranking by being the fastest-growing company of its type in the state of Texas.
