Walnut Creek, CA (PRWEB) December 10, 2013 -- Endeavor America Loan Services has hired Anna Napier as Correspondent Eastern Divisional Sales Manager to head up correspondent sales east of the Mississippi. Napier joins the nonbank lender from Franklin American Mortgage Company where she was a top producing Regional Account Manager for the past 8 years. Napier was instrumental in the development of the Midwest region for Franklin American and is expected to make a substantial contribution to Endeavor America’s growth. Endeavor America is also adding depth to their senior management team to support Endeavor America’s growth in the wholesale origination channel. Endeavor has hired Natalie Abadir as Senior Vice President of Production. Abadir joins Endeavor from Nations Direct Mortgage where she served as the Vice President of Wholesale Lending. Prior leadership roles include Vice President of National Sales for Pacific Union Financial for 5 years.
