According to a blog post on January 13, G2 Crowd analyzed data from 50,000 user reviews to determine the top-rated products based in 2015. From there, G2 Crowd developed its second edition of the “Best of 2015”. All products listed received a minimum of 20 reviews in 2015 unless otherwise noted.

In the “Ease of Doing Business With” category, users were asked to rate the product on their experience working with the vendor and if they were a good partner. This question was only asked to administrators and business sponsors of the solution.
