Gokun is already in communications with another property owner in Jade Ocean, to represent their property for sale.
Catching the real estate bug as a child in Russia has served Gokun well in the Sunny Isles market that he services. “My first experience in real estate was when I went to Russia for a summer vacation. While there, my grandmother was selling one of her homes. She offered to pay me a bonus if it sold that weekend. Unfortunately, it didn't sell that weekend, but I got a taste of selling real estate at an early age,” Gokun recalls.
