Palm Beach, Florida (PRWEB) July 30, 2015 -- Engel & Völkers Florida, part of the European-based premium real estate brand, gathered together to prepare for what could potentially be the most promising real estate season since the crash of 2008.
Engel & Völkers Florida Master License Partners, who provide support to all Florida franchisees, sponsored a day of masterminding for all shop owners, brokers and managers in the Florida network at the beautiful Breakers Palm Beach. As the name of the meeting implies, this was designed to be a day to rise above the day-to-day responsibilities of the business that can become all too consuming. It was a time to cast vision, to create solutions for industry-related issues, share best practices, and to perfect systems and tools. All was taken back to their respective shops to ultimately empower the sales force to develop a plan of action, increase sales, and work seamlessly in their efforts to provide the premium level of real estate services to local home owners around Florida.
The day ended with a festive celebration of the previous year recognizing the best performing shops: Engel & Völkers Wellington for highest gross commission income and Engel & Völkers Miami Brickell for most transactions. Also celebrated were Engel & Völkers’ core values of Competence, Exclusivity and Passion. The Competence award was presented to Engel & Völkers Clearwater/Belleair, Engel & Völkers Wellington earned the Exclusivity award and Passion was awarded to Engel & Völkers Olde Naples.
The evening ended with a celebratory dinner for all attendees at the Flagler Steakhouse.
