Enhanced Retail Solutions Announces New Integration with RSVP Merchandising Software and App
New York, NY (PRWEB) June 04, 2015 -- Enhanced Retail Solutions (ERS) offers deep analysis of Retail Point of Sale data to retailers and their vendors. Through its partnership with Solebury Software, in-store merchants can use that data to organize and prioritize activities to address store execution issues.
For companies that manage their own in-house retail service organization, Solebury Software provides a web based scheduling and reporting system called RSVP (Retail Service Verification Program). Solebury just added a valuable new feature to this software, which automatically ingests the store on hand information from ERS software.
This feature enables the team to see – even on their smartphone - which stores require attention, either because they have too little or too much on hand. Additionally it enables the merchants to see if on hand matches their record of what items were shipped and should be in stock.
Coupled with the service rep’s visibility to the details of what has been recently shipped to each store location: Ship Date, Store#, PO#, number of cartons, styles, quantities, the rep knows when to act as well as what to look for. This new feature is presently being rolled out to ERS and Solebury’s mutual client, Mundi Westport Group.
