Enlogic Systems to be Acquired by CIS Global
Tucson, AZ (PRWEB) December 16, 2015 -- CIS Global, LLC (“CIS Global”) announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Enlogic Systems (“Enlogic”). Enlogic (http://www.enlogic.com) designs and manufactures enterprise-class intelligent power distribution and management systems used in the data center industry. The Company’s products are marketed and distributed globally under the Enlogic brand name.
CIS has partnered closely with Enlogic for over a year under a joint collaboration agreement.
