Entigral Announces Channel Strategy
Raleigh, NC (PRWEB) January 29, 2014 -- Entigral, a leader in RFID and sensor based automation software, is pleased to announce that they are launching a formal reseller program for their TraxWare® sensor automation software platform and that they have added John Rommel to their management team as Director of Channel Development. Under the new program, qualified system integrators (SI) and value added resellers (VAR) will now be able to resell a variety of TraxWare applications that are focused on asset, work-in-process, and inventory management in the growing manufacturing segment.
Mr. Rommel is a 23 year Auto ID veteran who has spent the last 14 years focused on using RFID technology to improve workflow across multiple business segments. Most recently, he was Director of RFID Channel Development for Motorola where he was responsible for shaping the company’s go-to-market strategy by managing the firm’s vast network of RFID resellers. Before that, he was General Manager of the Americas for Tagsys where he led the company’s RFID sales and marketing team.
At Entigral, Mr. Rommel is responsible for managing the company’s channel growth and development. He will focus on partner recruitment, targeting those organizations that can address the large and growing asset tracking marketplace, primarily in the manufacturing arena where Entigral has had much success. He will develop a comprehensive channel education program and work closely with Entigral’s SI/VAR partners to teach them how to sell and install TraxWare, Entigral’s software platform for building RFID sensor solutions.
“I am excited to be at Entigral,” said Mr. Rommel. “With my experience, I understand the needs of the VAR community and I know the right type of partner that can work with Entigral and continue to help the company grow. Entigral has embraced an indirect channel sales strategy and we are excited to be able to start sharing leads with our partners.”
“We are very pleased to be growing our company. We have known John for many years while he was at Motorola. We are excited to have him join Entigral to bring his talents to our company,” said Mr. Booth Kalmbach, the company’s President and CEO.
